List of Clothing equipments & Personal effects
* Light backpack (Rucksack) suitable for hiking.
* Quality sleeping bags
* Light / weight walking boots. If new one is being bought walk then into avoid blisters.
* Warm jacket, fiberfill or down should be adequate
* A rainproof with hoot or poncho
* A pair of light / weight trousers
* Windproof and waterproof trousers are necessary on all the treks
* A warm tracksuit useful for wearing in camp.
* Two pair of cotton T-shirts and a pair of sandals.
* One light / weight long sleeved-shirt is particularly suitable for avoiding for sunburn.
* Pair of gloves, leather with lining and woolen is the best.
* Four pairs thin and four pairs of thick woolen socks.
* 2-4 large plastic bags to separate clean clothes from dirty ones. 6-10 smaller plastic bags to dispose garbage.
Toiletries:
Toothbrush, toothpaste, Soap and shampoo, comb / brush, small towel, lip guards and toilet paper available on the way trekking but it will be costly.
Miscellaneous
* Camera, Video camera, ample film
* Snow glass, Sun glass and sun cream
* Music, Pocket money
* Small headlamp or torchlight with spare batteries and bulbs.
